Conceptually it's the same as "having the last bit red" and the exclamation mark does a good job of saying "This is a bad color", since Gray isn't exactly as commonly used for hazards as red. :)

I was also wondering about the relative order of Artist, Track and Album ... personally I like Track, Artist then Album (or Track, Album then Artist)

yapper: That's something that still needs to be decided. I personally prefer track, artist, album, too and the ipod nano port has this order right now.
