Radio art in SBS
« on: May 20, 2010, 10:22:56 PM »
Should the Radio Art work in the SBS.

My SBS has a small thumbnail for the album art, which works for playing an audio file, however it does not display the Radio art.  Should it?

If needed, I can post my theme file (or a snippet for testing), but at this point, I do not think that is the problem.

Thanks,

EW

if you are in preset mode and the radio is actually on then yes it should.
Although I've just noticed the code is wrong... arg!

Using PMs to annoy devs about bugs/patches is not a good way to have the issue looked at.

Thanks for the fix.  RadioArt in the SBS now.

I have noticed several anomalies/issues in the simulator, but not in the actual device (e200v1 compiled under vmware).  Is this something that somebody would be interested in hearing about?

OK, let me just list them and the community can decide if they are issues.  Build is 26226 for e200v1 compiled in vmware.
  • The first time I go into FM radio (after starting up the simulator) the current frequency displays as 0.0 (I am starting in preset mode).  After changing frequencies, all is OK.
  • Pressing pause while in the FM radio does not correctly update the %mp tag status.  If I toggle the pause several times, the tag changes
  • (Background for this - I have album art displaying in the sbs, fms & wps).  The following happens with this specific sequence.  If I go into the FM radio, mute it, then play a file, the RadioArt still displays in the wps.  At the system promt, a $segmentation fault is displayed.

Again, I don't know if they are considered to be issues if they only occur on the simulator.

I could fill out a fs if it is desired that I do so.

It appears that the issues above are resolved with r26446.

Thank you.
