problem unziping files into h10 20g drive

well i guess the real problem is me and my lack of computerskills..  i downloaded the daily firmware, nd when i tried to do what i was being told and unzip the the .rockbox into the iriver's drive, i hit a brick wall..where do i locate the players drive for unziping?  is it the same as the systems file on the iriver? or am i just an idiot who shouldn't have a iriver?

If you open "My computer" and see your player with a letter assigned (for example D:), just drag the .rockbox folder to it, your player does not have a letter assigned, you must connect it in UMS mode (assuming its a h10).
