Cannot find "bootsplash.raw" file

Hallo, I am a new member  :)

I am trying to follow the installation instructions for my new F40. The problem is that I cannot find the bootsplash.raw  file. The links provided at that page only contain the FWIMG01.DAT file. Could someaone please help?
