help installing wps

trying to install crossbones from the wiki portion of the site, i am not a noob with computers but i am a noob with rockbox so could someone PLEASE walk me through installing this WPS or others
i use winrar to unzip files

unzip the contents of the rar file into your .rockbox folder.

i do that but then when i want to load the settings it says it loads it but i still see the default theme for rockbox

That .zip file has within it a separate folder caled "CrossBones," and it is *that* folder, not the .zip itself, that should be extracted to the .rockbox folder.

After the extraction, you should have the following files/folders:

/.rockbox/themes/CrossBones.cfg
/.rockbox/wps/CrossBones.wps
/.rockbox/backdrops/CrossBones.bmp
/.rockbox/wps/CrossBones/various .bmp files

ok i have those extracted but what do i do with them?

i understand that you extract the files to .rockbox and not put the .zip there
i do this
but it still dont work

i have to take them out of the folder and save them individual not all under a folder called crossbones
