You should not get in trouble at all for you arn't charging for this theme. All you should do to make sure every thing is alright give credit to the apple iPod font in your posting of your theme.

Do not use fonts unless they're licensed as redistributable.

Among other things, your unofficial action would inevitably be laid at the feet of the official project, making problems for everybody.

Edit: listen to the previous guy, and find a font that looks similar. You'll find one. There is a whole bunch of fonts in the cvs, and also you can check out ipl they also have some font's too.

Edit: i think most of the ipl font's are the same as the rockbox font's but there all font's that are rockbox compatiable. (.fnt)

i'd like to upload my irock theme on the Rockbox WPS gallery, but i don't really understand how to manage that !
it seems that the wiki is not completely functional...
then:
- do i need a register id ? how to have one ?
- where is the link to prepare the page for uploading ? is it by editing the page of the wps gallery ?

Yes. You need a "Wiki" user account.

Yes. You select "edit" and login. Just follow the layout used by everyone else (making sure you remember to insert line-breaks and headings etc). It is complicated the first time, but you'll get the hang of it. Just don't delete anyone elses uploaded themes

This WPS shows the numbers (ie: 80 | 100) everywhere, and the icons are shifted to unexplainable positions.

This is assuredly the Album Art patch, or the lack of it on your Rockbox.  You'll either need to use the Experimental Build (Search for it, it has its own thread), or another build with Album art, or compile your own build (Not for the lighthearted), or use a theme without album art.

Note that there is far more to Album Art than getting the patch or a patched build. You have to find the art, resize it, put it in the right folder with the right name... If you're looking for easy, just grab a different theme with no album art.

There's no claim that it doesn't need the album art patch, though.
As far as I can tell, the only thing that could be misinterpreted as that is the fact that it has a fallback if cover art isn't available.
