I am very happy with the fact that the Sleep Timer can now come on by default when my device starts up. I tend to wake up throughout the night -- and so setting the device to shutdown in 1/2 hour automatically makes it easy when I wake up groggily to turn some music back on. I probably do this 2 or 3 times in a night...and this means the player's battery is not completely run down in the morning from being on all night.
However, I also use my player when working out and other stuff -- and I tend to forget the device is set to shut off in 30 minutes, so it shuts down in the middle of my workout all the time.
One thought i had was that there could be an option where the player would beep 1 min prior to sleep timer shut down -- and offer the user an option to cancel the shut down. I probably would not hear this beep when I'm sleeping -- but I would hear it when working out or whatever and could hit a button quickly to keep it going rather than having to restart it (by the way, when I restart now, I have it set to auto-bookmark, so I can pick up my workout mix right where I left off, but still...might be nicer to not have it shut down at all).
Not a huge deal...just a suggestion. Thanks again to all that have contributed to this amazing software that has vastly improved my enjoyment of music and life in general
