e200v1 is shutted off

I just installed the newest version 1.2.14, but after showing RockBox screen the player is shutted off unexpectedly

There is no version 1.2.14 of Rockbox. There is a version 1.2.14 of Rockbox Utility, but that is not Rockbox, and you don't need to install Rockbox Utility. What did you install?
