help on install

sup everyone. well, this is my first of hopefully many great visits to RockBox forums. so, i just got my F40 and the first thing i tried to do after trying it out is download Rockbox! so, i unpacked it and tried to run it and got an error that i was missing "mingwm10.dll".
so, what does that mean? am i missing something here? i would love to get some help so that i can install Rockbox asap! im so anxious to try it out. any help is appreciated. thnx!

Unfortunately, RbUtil is broken at the moment.

Like bascule said, RBUtil is broken at the moment.

I suggest that you arm yourself with the manual, and try for a manual install instead.

alright! it works! thnx to both of you! wow! i feel kinda dumb for not figuring this out myself. now i can enjoy my F40. thnx again for your great help! i cant even explain how much i appreciate this!
