how to unbrick a sansa e200 bricked by the put of rhapsody image on it?

ohhh...I now understand that,after restoring my sansa to be a vanilla one,is it possible to convert the mi4 rhapsody to OF.bin and use it?

damn it I cant go back to the vanilla bootloader and firmware,I cant return to the original firmware,it says "main load image failed,switch to recovery mode" this isn't sounding good,what a mess I did,I'm thinking that I'm going to save some bucks to get another sansa   ,this is a mess,and I cant put it back

But really, you can recover to the vanilla bootloader with e200tool - a luxury the users of the real R models cannot.

There have been a large amount of posts in these forums about using it in various situations. Some of them must be helpful to you too.

Prepare to not only get familiar with the command line, but a command line on linux!

hmmmm...I only have a copy of ubuntu linux,but I dont know how to run programs in the command prompt,is very different the things on linux,if in windows I use for example dir x: ,in linux I have to use dev/xxx/xxx/ I dont know,cant give me a little of help to deal up with this,and about e200tool I cant furn on linux

My friends I'm back,I had a lot of trying to get my sansa back with no luck   ,know something to do?,I've had reformatted the 16-MB FORMAT,and then it showed lun-0 locked lun-1 unlocked,weird,no?,and I tried to recover my sansa by reformatting it,with no luck,I was using mi4code but I get no result.

1. You should never format the drive (as mentioned in lots of places)

2. mi4code is not helpful as you need to use the e200tool to recover

You repeatedly ignore advice, warnings and hints so I'm not surprised you ended up like this.

With the damage you have done by not following instructions, the only existing way to recover it is by use of e200tool.
