Title: Skipping to beginning of current track
Post by: mfraser on February 08, 2010, 10:53:36 AM
Using Rockbox 3.4 and 3.5 on a iPod Video I've noticed that if you click the 'prev' button to go to the start of the current song, it will skip to the next track after the portion already played is reached.
eg.
If I click 'prev' after listening to a minute of the track, Rockbox will only play that 1 minute again before moving on to the next track.

Strange. I never saw such a phenomenon on my iPod video on 3.4, and I just tested it on 3.5:
Load my "all tracks shuffled" playlist.
Wait 10 seconds.
Skip back to the beginning of the song.
Wait 10 seconds...
... and it kept playing 11, 12, 13 seconds and so forth.

Indeed; works for me. You will have to post more details: does it do this for every song/playlist? Does it still do it if you reset your settings to the defaults?

Will have to do some more investigation, but it has happened on 2 different iPods and this will be with ogg files.
