Title: Rockbox MSC mode support on Sansa C200
Post by: fredericks on May 05, 2010, 04:50:26 AM
Hello, I searched the site and the forum for this information. I remember I read somewhere here on the site when I first installed rockbox on my Sansa C250 (more than an year ago) that msc support had to be added to rockbox.
I have a 8gb microSDHC card working great on rockbox, but to attach the player to the pc in MSC mode I have to use the original firmware, which does not support sdhc cards.

I looked in the faqs and the documentation, but I can't find the information.
Has the support been added to rockbox?

Thanks in advance and thanks for developing rockbox. It really solved lots of problems.

I'm not sure what you mean by that. If you connect the player while it's running rockbox, MSC should work. If you plug it in while it's switched off, it should work provided your bootloader is new enough.
