There's a whole slew of them in the Plugins menu. Rockboy isn't listed in the menu, however; it's a "viewer" plugin, meaning that you select a Game Boy ROM from the file view and it will launch automatically.

However, do NOT ask about downloading ROMs for Rockboy or Pacbox, nor about supplying WADs for Doom. You can supply your own WADs from the original Doom CD or floppies. Game Boy ROMs can be dumped from your own cartridges if you have a cartridge reader.

And because I know this will be asked: No, Rockboy does NOT support Game Boy Advance, Nintendo DS, or any other ROM outside of Game Boy and Game Boy Color.

ok thx, evreybody that have no converter look at this:

link removed by moderator - read forum posting guidelines please

but my music does'nt work even if i use a converter. also the keys are verry bad(even if I chance them). and is it possible to ad a mouse or keybord with a usb plugin so i can play them more easyer?. is it also possible to play games from the ipod-linux? i have buy't all the real ipod games, can i still use them? is it possible to make a own theme? the font is realy small.
is it also possible to make your own games? with c++/java or is there a gamemaker? or something.  is it possible to use .exe?

the program works perfect, keep up the good word. i have also an idea, use more colour in the plugin games, the most of them is boring to play becouse there is not much colour in it and it is realy not beatefiul (how do jo spell it?).

Sorry about that; I didn't know.

To clarify:

1) iTunes games don't work under Rockbox.

2). There's no way of hooking a keyboard or mouse to your iPod for games. Neither Rockbox nor the Apple firmware support that functionality.

3) iPodLinux games only work if you port them over and compile them to work on Rockbox.

4) You can write your own game as a plugin; there's documentation somewhere on the site regarding that. Rockbox mostly uses C for its code, with some assembler here and there.

As for a spell checker, search for "English Spell Checker" on Google.

Read this:

http://www.rockbox.org/twiki/bin/view/Main/IpodStatus#Known_issues_4G_models_and_highe

Where it says "Remote Control doesn't work".

And I'm very sure that many other users will say the same thing: There is NO functionality in Rockbox OR the Apple firmware for a keyboard and/or mouse. There is no USB OTG support implimented in Rockbox yet. Period.

Sound on Rockboy (and Rockboy in general) is still being worked on. If it's really bothering you, just turn it off for now.

And bascule referred to my (indirect) answer. Look in your "Plugins" menu. There are more games in there!

I think a stop needs to be put to this now.

memo232, you need to read the manual for your player.

It tells you all the cool things you can do with Rockbox and how to do them!

Manuals are all available from here:

http://www.rockbox.org/manual.shtml

Please PM me if you still do not understand...
