Title: Configure Voice through .cfg file? [solved]
Post by: SomeShoes on February 20, 2011, 10:41:58 PM
I broke the screen of my sansa e200v2, and I'm trying to set voice up
My problem is that i can't get to the voice settings through rockbox (I don't know how much i have to turn the scroll wheel to go down exactly once, so i've just been stabbing in the dark), so my computer is the only way that i can effectively interact.

All i need to do is turn "use directory.talk files" on. Any way to do that through a .cfg file?

Thanks

I think its the "talk dir clip" option, but I'm not 100% sure. If that doesn't work you could grab one of rasher's windows sim builds, enable it in the sim, and then copy the config file to your device.

yeah, it's talk dir clip. I saved it as fixed.cfg because for some reason it didn't work in config.cfg

thanks a lot!
