Title: device not visible in Rockbox utility

Hello,

My divice is not visible (no drive letter from my divice) 
Can someone please help me ? i use windows10 and a sansa clip + divice

Configure the player to MSC mode. If it doesn't show up with a drive letter in Windows Explorer it's in MTP mode, which isn't usable for installation.
