Very nice theme! The colors it uses, the icons and buttons, the no AA image and all the graphics in general are very cool and original ;) I made a little modification for my use to the SBS and backdrop, leaving the WPS's upper and lower part to show also in the menus screens, putting a reduced monster image in the info area.

As a purely personal opinion, I don't like to have to pause tracks to do anything, so this change is not very functional for me.
Additionally, although I think it's great that the new playlist viewer functionality is available for WPS and admitting it may come handy in some cases, I prefer in general to go to the "view current playlist" screen, even if it's 3 clicks away, because when I view playlists, it's usually because I want to move tracks around, see/skip/go back several tracks ahead/back.

Thumbs up - subtle and effective use of colour, plenty of information, but easy to read.

Wish I could theme the "view current playlist" screen :)
You probably noticed it but just in case not you can swap with that playlist screen to be viewed on hold or removed completely if you wish with just a couple of #'s

Thanks much :)

The "pirate" fish skeleton is a nice touch. :D

Well, not quite...
I did some quick Googling for "FSM" as I was pretty-damn-sure I had seen this image before (lord knows where I saw it though), and I didn't really turn up anything in the sense of licensing but mind you I didn't look too hard.
Did you obtain the permission of the artist to use this graphic?
Or check if this permission was needed?

He doesn't have a license on it... just a statement that says you can do what you want with it commercial or non-commercial.... pretty funny you say lord knows :P if you don't know the story behind it then read this http://www.venganza.org/about/open-letter/

I saw the image in the old WPS gallery, [St.] probably too. The image is taken down now even in the graveyard pages but the description of the theme is still there and the wiki user who added it has a familiar name. ;)
What's bothering me a bit is that you stated there in the old version that your theme is CC-BY-NC-SA and this is what I find when I search around venganza.org for a license. The additional "non-commercial" clause in there is not compatible with the GPL and the CC-by-SA which we require for themes now.
I am not a lawyer and don't want to be the meanie but the license question should be cleared up in my opinion.

FSM - The Flying Spaghetti Monster which I painted (yeah yeah, Michelangelo too) is pretty much free to use for press and such as far as I'm concerned. Unfortunately I do not have a high resolution version of this painting!
"
I listed it originally a couple years ago as NC because I thought it was a product of Venganza.. but its not its an image painted by Niklas Jansson.
