Hi,
I installed rockbox on my e280; it's very good!
The bootloader loads rockbox but doesn't load the orginal firmware. :(
It tried it but the screen is changing from white/black strips over magenta strips to an black screen. :o
I've many times tried to remove and install the bootloader but for every connection to my PC I have to start the recovery mode and install the original firmware.
So I have n idea what to do. ???
Plaese Help!!! :'(

The latest bootloader has issues loading the original firmware, here's a forum thread on this:

I just got my Sansa yesterday and have had the same problem. The solution is to use an older version of Sansapatcher (0.2 instead of 0.3) which can be found
here --> http://www.anythingbutipod.com/forum/showpost.php?p=145608&postcount=809
you just have to sign up for an anything but ipod account, to be allowed to download it.

Sansapatcher 0.2 is available from the official rockbox.org download servers:
http://download.rockbox.org/bootloader/sandisk-sansa/sansapatcher/old/v0.2/
We're currently working on the assumption that the patch hosted here:
http://pastebin.ca/718278
... might solve this problem.

Was the right thing. Now the bootloader load both. ;D

Which was the right thing? Using sansapatcher 0.2, or using the patch?

The sansapatcher 0.2.
