Title: Do iPods have better sound quality with Rockbox?
Post by: riahc3 on September 27, 2007, 06:36:31 PM
Hey

The thing that has always been driving me away from a iPod is sound quality. I now read that the iPod Classic has 160GB and Im just litterally having a orgasm with that size. Now my question is, does Rockbox improve the sound quality in a significant rate?

Another thing, does Rockbox allow me to simple "drag-and-drog" MP3s to my iPod thu Windows Explorer and let me play them?

Rockbox does not run on the iPod Classic.

For supported devices, however, one could argue sound quality is better because of a superior EQ system.  You can simply drag and drop files to a supported device and be able to play them in rockbox.

Far, far, far too much information!

No more mentioning of certain bodily functions on the forums, please. Kids are reading this too, you know.
