i downloaded the virtual mechine how can i get the source code?

You can check it out from git:

https://www.rockbox.org/wiki/UsingGit

You will need internet to do that, so use a computer that is online.

How about tethering with your phone?
IIRC, the size is about 150MB.

You can download the source to a flash drive at a library or similar.

thanks but how can i download the source code without computer?
