hey all

I have a pdp2820 identical to rd2820, any chance the port would support this model ?

cheers

I have no idea if they are 100% compatible. I'll start to work on my port... En then sees if it could work on other players of the same family.

I'm not a full-time coder and/or electronics specialist. I work in the telecomm world. I'll try to do my best!

thanks. I'll do a scan also and post it.

28xx series i believe were all very similar

current firmware is ok (1057a) - but there is an annoying automatic volume reduction feature that is pissing me off.

I have had one of these sitting around for so long, i would love to make all the sweet hardware in this device useful by getting rockbox on it. I keep hearing that the released the source code, but it seems that only small portions have actually been released, the parts required by the gpl. Good luck to anyone who desires to make this port happen.
