Title: Archos Jukebox HDD Upgrade?
Post by: DeckerZ on January 15, 2018, 07:05:10 PM
Hi guys, I just came across Rockbox and installed it on my o
D Archos Jukebox 6000. It works great and has rekindled my interest in the jukebox.  I was wondering if anyone knew if I could upgrade the HDD to an solid-state drove of some sorts. I saw the videos of people upgraing their iPods with the SD adaptor. Can these be used to upgrade the Archos?

Thanks Saratoga,

I headed over and read the WIKI -  looks like I can use a CF to IDE adaptor with a CF card, or presumably I can also use a microSD to CF adaptor in the CF to IDE adapter.

I have ordered the necessary components and will do the upgrade when they arrive.

Thanks
