Rockboy is included with Rockbox. You do not need to download it separately.

I heard about it being with rockbox but I just never found it, is it in the plugins folder and what do I need to do to get games work on it???
If you don't feel like explaining could you post me a link to where it tells me what to do :)

Rockboy is a "viewer" plugin. You copy a ROM (or ROMs) to a folder on your player's hard drive (make a folder called "Gameboy", for example), then navigate to it in Rockbox as if navigating for music. Click the ROM you want to play, and Rockboy starts automatically.
And I think it's rather well detailed in the manual that Rockboy is, in fact, a viewer plugin.

I made a folder in rockbox called Gameboy and I added one game and I looked through the plugins folder and it didn't show up did I do something wrong or is it located somewhere else??

Navigate to that folder you created, and the ROM should be in there. Select it as if it were a music file.
I think we explained that once before.
