Title: Firewire?
Post by: Florent on June 24, 2006, 12:21:06 PM
Hi all !  :D

I've just buy a 'USB/FireWire<-->PC' cable ... but it seems that it doesn't work.

I connect my nano via Firewire,
I turn on my nano,
i boot on disk mode...
it's written "ok to disconnected'
.. and now ?
Explorer doesn't find any new disk ...  :-\

What can i do to transfer any files via firewire ?

Plz help me :-( :'(

The iPod Nano doesn't support firewire. Complain to Apple.

The newer iPods use USB2.0 instead of Firewire.  You can charge through Firewire, but no data transfer.
