Given there are so many different adapters available at this point (eBay etc.), I was hoping that someone might be able to recommend a specific one for use in modding a h140? Ideally I'd like to use micro-sd (with sd adapter if needed), but if it's safer or more reliable to use a CF mod with a CF to SD adapter, I'm happy to go that route also.
Original drive is still running nicely! I just want more than 40 GB given my collection is in FLAC.
Appreciate any help from fellow owners/modders...
Best regards,

A few years back I bought a SD/SDHC CF Card Adapter (noname) and a 1.8in 50 Pin IDE to CF SSD Enclosure Adapter (IDE502CFE) from StarTech. Initially I thought about using one of them in case the "big" sd-cards or cf-cards would get more affordable.
But then I found out about the ssd option, went that route and never looked back. The only problem is the small ide to zif adapter is had to get these days. I couldn't find it anymore anywhere when I looked for it a few weeks back.
So, I never tested the sd-card / cf-card option / adapters. But that's what I bought back then - probably using hints from this forum, I can't remember.
