Hey guys,
I have a 200gb micro sd card and 128gb micro sd card, both from Sandisk and I can't get the 200gb to show up on my Sansa Fuze 1. Both are Fat 32 formatted, I even reformatted the 200gb one without quickformat and still - nothing. The SD card isn't fake and it worked for almost a year in my Galaxy Note Edge, so that's not the issue.
I also tried it in the original FW, doesn't show up either. I use the stable 3.15 version on my fuze, no dev version if that's of any importance.
Anyone here having an idea what is up?
Tahnk you

Since reformatting does it work in anything? Plenty of people have used the 200GB Sandisk cards with both rockbox and the OF. Should just work once reformatted.

Yes, I put it back in my phone and it works just fine. Like I said, i formatted multiple times, the card still works on everything except the Sansa Fuze where it isn't recognized.

actually even though you reformatted it it probably still has the remnants of ex-fat still on there and RB doesn't like it
Are you using windows or linux?
in windows try:
RMPrepUSB
https://www.rmprepusb.com/documents/release-2-0
HDD LLF Low Level Format Tool
http://hddguru.com/software/HDD-LLF-Low-Level-Format-Tool/
truthfully you could probably do a full format in windows too but I know both of these do the job
if in linux could you get us a dd of the boot partition before you do a full format?
sudo sfdisk -d /dev/sd# >file.txt

Thank you so much Bilgus, that worked.
I used HDD LLF to low level format and now, after formatting it after it with Fat32 again it's finally recognized.
