I am useing a sansa e200 with the current build. After charging, it won't do anything. I remains on the chargeing screen.
-
Can you clarify what you mean by "charging screen"?
-
You plug your mp3 player into your computer through the usb cable and it goes to a screen with a pic of your usb cable with your defaut background with the standerd bar on top.
-
Rockbox doesn't have charging capability or USB mode enabled on the e200's yet. That's a screen that signifies that Rockbox has detected a USB connection. Right now you should turn off the player before connecting the USB cable. This properly boots into the Sansa firmware for a USB connection and disables the SanDisk database refreshing. Or, you can manually boot into the OF if you prefer.

There is a patch
http://www.rockbox.org/tracker/task/8363 - Charger configuration for Sansa e200/c200
But you would have to compile your own build to use it.
-
It was off when I plugged it in.
-
Please describe exactly what happened then. Also, what revision of Rockbox are you using?
-
I am using a newer build now. The problem has stopped.
I plugged my sanza e200 into the computer. It turned on and booted into rockbox. It then displayed a usb cord and the status bar with my default background. It locked up and wouldn't do anything even when unplugged.

Maybe your USB port has some connectivity issue. This definitely shouldn't happen. The Rockbox bootloader should load the OF with database rebuilding disabled, so updating your build should be irrelevant. Under these conditions (plugging the USB cable into a player that's off) this is an action the bootloader takes instead of loading Rockbox.
