I've  bought a Archos Gmini 120
There is a version of Rock box that it works on Gmini 120?

No, there is no Rockbox for this player.

There was once work started on a port for it but that stalled and was abandoned.

I'm very sorry.
However on Ebay, a vendor of a Gmini, has said to me that he has installed rockbox on its player. it is possible or has said one to me lie?

It is a lie. Rockbox has never really worked on the Gmini 120.
