Is there a way to make it NOT auto-start when powering up from USB?

In the stock fw, I could turn off the clip zip and turn it back on, and it would resume what I was listening to.  So does RB.  But in the stock fw, if the poweron was generated by plugging into USB to charge, the resume would not happen.

This is what I want from RB.  It shouldn't resume if the poweron was automatic, caused by plugging into USB to charge.

Is there a way to configure this?  How do other people deal with it?  I plug the unit in to charge, and it starts playing!
