I have a Sansa clip running rockbox 3.1.1 that is having a strange issue
For whatever reason it can't access the internal memory. When I update the database it says 557 files found but never actually reads the files and I cannot play them. The clip also gives a USB error when I try to plug it in to my PC and I can't access the memory.
However if I put music on a micro SD card and pop that in the clip reads the files without issue and plays them just fine.
So my question is, is it possible that my internal memory is somehow corrupted? Why would the rockbox utility load correctly if there was an issue with the internal memory?
Steps I've tried so far are switching USB modes from msc to mpt and also tried connecting to PC with default software and it still gives me the same error.
It's not a big deal to add music via micro SC and the player works fine this way but I'm just trying to wrap my brain around what is going on.
