append song title to text file

Hello, Thanks for a great product!!!
I have a lot of music that I like, but it is mixed together in one directory.  I would like the option of appending the "currently playing" title to a text file, so I can sort out specific ones.  I thought that perhaps pressing the "record" button on my Sansa E200 to activate the append during the playing of the song would work, as I never use the record function.  Presumably no one would record at the same time they are listening to their music.

I don't know what it would take to do this, but I'd gladly donate $50 to have this option made available.
