Battery dies at 11 percent as seen here is anyone know how to fix this? its a brand new battery I want the percentage to be uniform

Looks like the battery bench didn't complete for whatever reason. However, that is very poor battery life for a new battery. What kind of files were you playing?

I think it's a defective battery. See if you can exchange it for a better one.
