First of all, big Kudos to the development team for Rockbox. Outstanding !
Having a bit of a problem. First loaded Rockbox last night and all was well. My music was already loaded on my player via iTunes (All Apple lossless & a few MP3's). I noticed about 10 files that were tagged incorrectly and proceeded to fix (dbpoweramp). This morning I decided to wipe all of the songs out of the iTunes library by un-checking in I tunes, then while booted into the original apple OS, proceed to dock and let itunes empty the player. (which is a Tarkan 128g SD conversion). I then created a folder named "music" on the root, and proceeded to copy/paste my music back on (which is agonizingly slow). I deleted the files with "database_", and proceeded to let Rockbox rebuild the data base. Now when I attempt to play a song, I get this error message:
Data abort at4000D9E8 (0)
pc: 40000D9E8 sp: 40002B78
bt end
The iPod freezes at this point, and I have to do a hard re-boot. I was hoping to get away from the use of iTunes altogether. At first I thought by grabbing my music from the iTunes library was at fault somehow, so I deleted, and instead grabbed my music from a master backup drive which did not prevent the error. It does not however happen on every song, but I must point out that the songs played fine before.
Any thoughts or suggestions would be most appreciated.
