Ahh, one more thing, one needs to also have a zif to 50 pin ide adaptor like athttp://www.ebay.com/itm/40-Pin-ZIF-to-50-Pin-1-8-Inch-CF-Toshiba-HDD-Adapter-/261233119880?_trksid=p2054897.l4275SteveEDIT: On the minus side, I should have re-read the whole thread, as this was explained on page one. On the plus side, I just ordered a 512gb SSD for my H140, the Samsung MZMTD512HAGL on ebay for under $200. I'll report back how it works. The zif to msata adaptor is 6.1mm thick, so I don't think this type of mod should go in a H120 case. The original hard drive was 4.8mm thick, and that was without the larger 2200mAh batteries.
I originally bought the zif-mSATA adaptor at http://tinyurl.com/pyabolu ; I guess it is thicker than other zif-mSATA adaptors, because I remeasured it and it is 6.1mm thick
