Hi,
I've hit a snag while installing rockbox on my v1 Sansa Fuze.
Installation works without errors (apart from the utility complaining about not being up to date although it is and it not detecting the Fuze's mountpoint), but if I boot the Fuze afterwards I get the following error message:
Loading firmware ...
Length: FFFFFFFF8
Read failed (chksum)
followed shortly afterwards by
Plug USB cable
I can boot into the original firmware without problem so I guess the loader is fine, just RockBox itself is screwed up. I tried reinstalling a few times, but to no avail.
Ideas?
System:
Linux x86_64
Rockbox Utility 1.2.8 for 64bit
Sansa Fuze v1
Current firmware (1.2.31)
[update: I retried with the 32bit Utility. Everything worked fine. There seems to be something wrong with the 64bit version.]
