Rockbox Ports are now being developed for various digital audio players!
Copy your music off, put a file on it thats all zeros that takes up your whole free disk space, and then dump it. Â Should zip down to almost nothing.
cat /dev/zero > /mnt/sda2/newblankfile
dd if=/dev/sda | gzip > /someplace/with/free/space/nano3g.img.gz
File size limit exceeded
I did a "fdisk -l" on my Classic, and it came up with this:Note: sector size is 4096 (not 512)Disk /dev/sda: 159.8 GB, 159840301056 bytes26 heads, 50 sectors/track, 30018 cylindersUnits = cylinders of 1300 * 4096 = 5324800 bytesDisk identifier: 0x20202020 Device Boot Start End Blocks Id System/dev/sda1 1 30019 156093788 b W95 FAT32Could somebody please tell me what this actually means?
My guess would be that from my "fdisk -l"...scan(?) there's only one partition on my Classic.
