e250R - Can't find "system folder"

Hello all, I followed the directions and everything went well until I got to :
* Copy OF.mi4 to the "system" folder within your device
* Download a recent Sansa e200 build of Rockbox from here and unzip it to the root of your device
* "Safely remove" your Sansa, disconnect the USB cable and wait for it to reboot. It should refresh the database, then upgrade the firmware. After another reboot, you should be in Rockbox!
* Delete the "sansa" folder from your desktop
I dont see the system folder.
I searched and couldnt find an answer.
Thanks in advance

hmm i can create the folder, and now when i try to copy the file it says "The file OF.mi4 is not supported on this device. The device can only accept audio, playlist, audio albums, and folder files"
if i rename it to OF.mp3 and then put it on that works, and then i can rename it to OF.mi4 but i dont know if thats what im supposed to be doing

I had the same problem, checked for hidden files, nope. Maybe problem was not in MSC mode, but now I just get rockbox boot error messages when I turn the e250 on:
a bunch of stuff about how it's trying to load, then can't find
rockbox.mi4 file not found, then can't load rockbox.e200 file not found
Well of course it's not found, I never loaded it. Now my computer doesn't recognize the player though. And powering on while holding down the left arrow key does NOT boot into regular Sansa software.
Sigh.

Hi
I had the same problem in my e280R, recently acquired, after follow the step by step procedure.
I could not find the "system" folder into the Sansa. I have then opened the Windows Explorer and clicked on the e280R (In my computer the "F:" drive). On the Windows Explorer address bar, I typed " F:/system " and then Enter.
The folder "system" then appeared and I could perform the copy of the OF.mi4 to this form.
It was hidden.
Regards

Unless I'm being really daft, the e250r woot special I bought has no MSC mode available. Went through the whole menu heirarchy -- nothing and it's not a difficult option to find at all. The bootloader unlock proceeded successfully and it still operates but I'm wondering if now I'm in untested territory.
My idea is to connect in recovery mode and use a pp5022.mi4 version that does support MSC mode so I may continue with the 2nd step. I'll ask around first instead of just dumping crap in the partition since I really don't know what it might do next if I just do that. If noone knows...time to experiment.
EDIT: Anyway, I'm guessing that if the RB bootloader is accepted by the OF bootloader, it should pretty much accept anything.

Installation was smooth as silk once I started waking up (don't install until you have morning coffee). Running nicely.
