Gigabeat dont respond

hi, i have use the rockbox firmware for a while, but then the battery run out and when y plugged in to charge, it doesnt starts, it just stay on the loading screen, and then a message with the code 00000001 error, appears, please help me i dont know what is that and the pc doesnt recognize the gigabeat, so i cant enter to the firmware files, what is that and what can i do ty for advance :)

ok y do all the steps, but when i go to windows explorer it doesnt recognize the gigabeat like a harddrive, in fact it doesnt appear the gigabeat hardrive... :/ any other help? ty in advance

That means you did it wrong. That method always works unless the BL in th ROM is screwed, in that case you're out of luck.

I got the same problem and I tried the Gigabeat Recovery Procedures but it doesnt show up the gigabeat in "my computer". I can see that my computer see the hard drive of the gigabeat but I can do nothing .

Have you tried rebooting the computer?
